AMERICA WILL PAY LARGE INDEMNITY. ONLY COUNTRY WITH MONEY TO SPARE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received February 19, 9.10 a.m.) ROME, February 18. The German newspaper "Grazevpost" says that perhaps war with the United States would be a blessing, beeanse after the war she will be the only country able to pay a large indemnity to the Central PoAvers. "The only result of the United States' entry into the war will be to pay us money, while the Allies will pay in territory."
