FRIGHTFULNESS CONDEMNED IN HUNGARY.

Many Hungarian papers condemn the policy of submarine frightfulness. The "Pesti Naplo'' demands that Count zu Reventlow be placed under restraint, while another journal demands the cessation of sea murders. The "Pesti Ilirlap" quotes Count Karolyi, the leader of one of the opposition groups in the Diet, as saying: "I regret that Hungary entered into the new declaration regarding submarine warfare.''
