FALL OF BUCHAREST.

CAUSES NO SURPRISE. ENEMY'S GREAT WIN. MUCH VALUABLE BOOTY. iutlmUan and .V ?. Cable Ancciatien. LONDON. December 7. The fall (if Bucharest has been so long expected that its announcement caused no sensation. News is now anxiously awaited as to the condition of the Rumanian Army. Another danger threatening is the Gorman advance on the Hank of the Russians and Rupianians in Moldavia. The Germans now control the Rumanian railway system, and have probably secured enormous supplies of wheat, cattle, and oil. The fall of Bucharest and Ploesti shortens the German line by 300 miles, and enables the diversion of large forces to be made elsewhere. Meanwhile a fragment of the Orsova army continues its resistance, though many have been taken prisoner. It has now been cut off for nearly three weeks, but rather than surrender is continually appearing at new points. INVADERS' PROGRESS. WHEAT STORES CAPTURED. ' A. and "5.7..
