CHRISTCHURCH REGATTA CLUB.
The annual and general meeting of the Christchurch Regatta Club was held last night, in the Canterbury Bowing Club's rooms, Mr F. D. Kesteven presiding. Owing to the scarcity of rowers it was decided not to hold the annual regatta this season. Last year'g officers were re-elected. It was decided that no capitation fees be levied on the rowing clubs this season. A motion of sympathy was carried with those relatives of members of clubs who have giveu their lives in defence of the Empire.
