The members of St. Andrew's Winter Club will produce the "Merchant of Venice" in the schoolroom, Tuam Street, to-morrow night. The proceeds will go to the benefit of the Eed Cross Fund. The morning broke fair, with weather conditions that were extremely mild, although gathering clouds to the south betokened rain. A sharp shower fell shortly aften 10 o'clock, but the impending downpour did not materialise, with the result that conditions, from then on until early afternoon, were mild and pleasant. After 2 o'clock, however, rain again began to fall, and continued throughout the afternoon.
