SPREYDON SCHOOL COMMITTEE
At the meeting oi' the Spreydon-j School Committee there were present: Messrs W. Fenner (chairman), Hole.. Bloor, Williamson. Wills, Habberfield, Ell, anil Sykcs. The headmaster's re-| port stated' that the roll number was 242, and the average attendance 196.j A considerable amount of soil had been purchased for the purpose of filling in aud levelling the playground. A Hag.j bought by Mr Woods at a recent car-1 nival held at the ypreydou Domain, was presented by him to the school, and a; hearty vote of thanks was passed to! him for his kindly action. .Messrs Bloor: aud Ilabberlield wen' appointed thei Visiting Committee for the present month.
