CRICKET.
CITY AND SUBURBAN ASSOCIATION. The half-yearly general meeting of the City and Suburban Cricket Association was held in the Y.M.C.A. on Thursday, the president (Mr E. H. Andrews) in the chair. Tile president presented the trophies won by the various players during the season as follow: -Hat for aggregate runs in any grade, W. it. Kelly; hat lor aggregate wickets in any grade, E. G. Johnston (Y.M.C.A./; bat lor best average in batting in senior grade, R. Lnngford (Druids); bat for senior bowling average, G. Beer (Hailway); bat lor best average in batting in junior grade, G. Robertson (Greens) ; bat for best bowling average in third grade, 1.. Mcl.achlan (St. Peter's). The shields for the various competitions were also presented to the winning teams, Druids winning the senior shield, Belfast the junior, and St. Peter's the third grade. Medals were presented to R. Langford, C. Spicer, and C. Rix, of the Druids' Club, as a mark of appreciation for their keenness in the field, and a small cup to L. H. Gramnier, of the Linwood Wanderers' team, as a memento of his good baiting during the season.
