MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

TO-DAY'S CASES. Mr 11. W. Bishop, S.M.. presided over a sitting of the Magistrate's Court this morning. DRUNKENNESS. Two male first offenders for drunkenness were each lined 5/-, or 24 hours. Charles Joseph Maara de Malmanche, a second offender, was lined 10/-, in dofault 4 s hours. INDECENCY. .1 ohli Brisbane and Ethel Frame were charged with committing an indecent act. Mr M. Donnelly appeared for the accused. The accused were sentenced to seven days' imprisonment with hard labour.
