COUNTY COUNCILS. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Council, held on the 30th day of October last, it was resolved by way of Special Order that the Waipara County Council make a BY-LAW under "The Counties Act, 1908." The object and purport of the By-law is to prevent any person from driving a Motor Car or Motor Cycle within the County unless such person has obtained a Certificate o* Ability to efficiently handle such Motor Car or Motor Cycle, .and to provide for a Fee on the issue of every such Certificate. The Special Resolution will be SUBMITTED FOR CONFIRMATION at the Meeting of the Council to .be herd at the Office of the Council at Waikari on the 24th day of DECEMBER next, at 11 a.m. A Copy of the proposed By-law is deposited at the Office of the Council, the same is open for public inspection during Office hours until, the Confirming Meeting is held.
