AUSTRIA.
OBJECT OF KAISER'S VISIT. LONDON, December 2. The Rome correspondent of the "Echo de Paris" says that sensationalists assert that the Kaiser's visit to the Emperor Joseph was due to bitter Austro-German dissension on the question of Poland arousing conflicts and complications similar to those which led to the war of 1866. Zurich reports state that harmony has been restored. The Kaiser's visit will probably be followed by a theatrical display in a German entry into Constantinople.
