GREENPARK.
From Our Correspondent. The Greenpark School was filled to overflowing last Friday evening when a hearty send-off was accorded to Privates John R. Bray, Samuel Bray, and David Dutton on the eve of their leaving Greenpark to go into camp with the Bth Reinforcements at Trentham. Mr F. Hubbard occupied the chair, and on behalf of the residents of the district presented each trooper with a wristlet watch. "For they are Jolly Good Fellows" was sung with great enthusiasm. The Rev. F. B. Redgrave, and Messrs J. B. Fleete, T. Lewington, H. Relling, and G. Whitelaw also spoke. Musical items were rendered by the Misses Lewington (2). An enjoyable evening was spent playing parlour games and in dancing, for which Mrs James Sowden was musician.
