University site, Sir Francis Bell said the country was possibly on the eve. of a change of administration, and the difficulty ing money would contiuue for two or three years after the-war. The University Council could decide whether it would accept a site suitable for nothing, and have a grant for. buildings, or choose a costly site, and get along with the temporary buildings. He was not going to borrow money at 5 per cent to erect university buildings.
