MINOB INJURIES. Thos. H. Clough, a married man living at 128 Opawa Road, received attention at the Hospital yesterday for a smashed toe. He was attending an oil engine used for pumping water at Mr G. Bowron's residence, when his foot got caught in the machinery. John James Robinson, a married man living at 35 Barbadoes Street, Sydenham, was admitted to the Hospital yesterday suffering from a scalded face, the result of an engine exploding at the Waltham Road gasworks. Frank aged 62 years, and living at Harewood Road, was admitted to the Hospital yesterday suffering from a broken leg. At West Eyretori on Friday afternoon Mr J. Kevern was injured by a fall of Sarth in a trench which was being dug to rescue a horse from a well into which it had fallen.
