At the annual meeting of the Central F -migration Board -Viscount Portman presided. Lord Haversham and other speakers referred to the different aspects of Imperial emigration, v Sir John Madden, Chief Justice; of Victoria, said that Australia was hungering for immigrants, but they must be people who can and do hustle. .
