FOR THE CHILDREN, It has been decided by the New. Brighton Committee to • hold a subscription dance at the Pier Hall -sjl Wednesday, July 8. The proprietor; Mr W. Taylor, has given the hall free of charge. A public meeting is to be held in Lyttelton on Monday next in furtherance of the interests of the fund.
