Playing in the Beckenham tournament, Wilding and Brookes defeated Davin and Hayden, 6-1, 6-2; also M 'Naity and Prebbel, 6-1, 6-0. They were never fultyt extended, and are regarded as almost invincible couple. Dunlop defeated Green, 6-1, 7-3. Brookes and Wilding are not competing in the singles.
