SCHOOL COMMITTEES.
I SPREYBON. | The monthly meeting of the above Isehool committee was held on Monday, June 8 Present: Messrs Ji.liis (Chairman) and all members. The attendance showed an average of 89 per cent., •is against 91 for the previous month. It was decided to ask the Education Board to have the old willow trees on the' river bank removed, and also to assist to have a stand made for bievcles. All members were appointed a bath committee. A euchre social showed a profit of £3, and a vote of thanks was accorded to those who supplied refreshments and assisted. The committee propose, if suitable arrangements can be made, to hold a picture entertainment at an early date.
