NEW YORK, March 9.
The society known as the Clan Na Gael, at' a mass meeting protested against the repeal of the Panama Canal tolls. The meeting declared that thirteen million Irish-Americans were conmnced : that no violation of the national honour was involved, and asserted that the President's-action was taken because the Canadian railroads wished to. crush competition.
