SOMEBODY LIED
GRAF ZEPPELIN FIRED AT ON RUSSIAN BORDER SOVIET BLAMES LATVIA BERLIN, Saturday. It is reported that shots were fired at the Graf Zeppelin near the Russian border on her flight to Moscow. The Soviet blames the Latvian frontier guards, who answer that they distinctly heard the shots tired in Russian territory.
