VICTORIA LEAGUE GIRLS ENTERTAIN
CONCERT AT EVELYN FIRTH HOME A most enjoyable concert was given at the Evelyn Firth Home by the Victoria League Girls' Committee on Thursday evening. Songs were contributed by Airs. Buisson, Miss King and Aliss Renner; vocal duet by the Alisses Hutchison and King; song a.nd ballet, “Baggy Breeches,” by Aliss Renner and the A-lisses Aickin, Heather, Pragnell, Abbott (2), Sanders; violin solo, Miss Ida Lockwood; syncopated music by Aliss Edna Ballantyne and Air. Warwick Williams; piano solo, Aliss T. Rowntree; recitations and sketches by the Alisses St. Clair Whyte, AlcCulloeh, Adkins and Cox. Airs. Prime, Aliss de Renzy and Aliss Rowntree acted as accompanists. At the conclusion of the concert Mr. Chancy thanked the performers on behalf of the patients.
