Combined Banks Ball Is Happy Function CABARET THRONGED WITH DANCERS The joyous dance tunes dispensed by Mr. Fred Briggs and the Peter Pan Band at the combined banks’ ball last evening were so inspiriting and kept the ball of fun rolling so merrily, that the committee decided to prolong the function for an extra hour. The ball is a very popular annual function, and last evening' dancers ! thronged the Peter Pan Cabaret and ; presented a colourful picture of youtliI ful gaiety. | Spring flowers decorated the tables in the supper-room, and were arranged on the tables surrounding the | dance floor and in the cubicles.
