RIOO TAKES ONLY EXPERTS WHILE IN CANADA DEFENCE OFFICERS Reed. 9.5 a.m. OTTAWA, Tuesday. The three contemplated Canadian trips of the British airship RIOO, are cancelled. The ship will make one flight, carrying a few technical officers of the Department of Defence only.
