BUILDING FIRM’S AFFAIRS
CECIL A. LEE, LTD., WOUND UP A final order directing the admission of certain cla.ms and fixing the priority of payments, was made by Mr. Justice Smith, in th© Supreme Court yesterday afternoon, in the liquidated estate of Cecil A. Lee, Ltd., a building and construction firm. The firm had been in voluntary liquidation for seven months before the estate was compulsorily wound up under an order of the Court. Mr. Hubble, who appeared for the official liquidator, was thanked by the judge for his work in connection with the estate.
