HOCKEY CLUB SOCIAL
FUNDS FOR REPRESENTATIVE TEAM TE AWAJII'XU, Today. With a view to raising funds to defray the expenses of club members included in the Waipa women’s representative team to visit Auckland, the Paterangi hockey girls organised a social wjlic.h took place on Tuesday, Airs. W. G. Alacky kindly making her home available for the purpose. The evening was spent in dancing, with games and competitions interspersed. Aliss Rene Eell contributed two solos. All*. Bert Spiers expressed the promoters’ thanks for such an excellent response to the invitation to assist the funds.
