CLUB’S ANNUAL MEETING From Our Own Correspondent OPOTIKI, Today. Mr. A. E. Payne (president) occupied the chair at tho annual meeting of the Opotiki Citizens’ Bowling Ciub, held last night. Reports disclosed a very sound position. Officers were elected as follow: —President, Mr. E. Wo.l’enden; vice-president, Mr. G. S. Moody; committee, Messrs. A. E. Payne, C. Simons, J. White, J. Wilson; secretary, Mr. C. Tabb; auditor, Mr. C. Simmonds; selector, Mr. A. E. Payne; green superintendent, Mr. O. Creagh. The following trophies were presented to the winners of the various competitions held last season:—White Shield and medal for championship singles, E. Wolfenden; Arthur Memorial Challenge Cup, W. Stevens.
