! DEFEATED BY FOWLER AT SYDNEY STADIUM SYDNEY, Friday. At the Leichhardt Stadium this evening, in a boxing match of 15 rounds, Norkey Fowler, lOst 71b, won on points against Qharley Purdy. lOst 51b, of New Zealand. Fowler had Purdy on the defensive most of the time. Purdy stopped many chin and body punches, but when he did rally he displayed finer ringcraft than his opponent. The fight was very strenuous. J - ■
