MR. E. McKENZIE FOR DUNEDIN Press Association WELLINGTON, Thursday. The New Zealand Rugby Union this evening appointed Mr. E. McKenzie, of Wairarapa, as manager of the All Black team to play Britain in the first test match at Dunedin.
