TWO NEW COMMITTEEMEN Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday. The annual meeting of the Canterbury Jockey Club was held today. Interest was caused by the election of a committee, as a “ticket” of new members was proposed and supported on the ground that the club allegedly needed new blood in its councils. However, only two new members of thcommittee. Sir Charles Clifford ard Mr. A. T. Donnelly, were elected. The officers elected were:—Chairman. Mr. H. A. Knight: treasurer, M . G. Gould; stewards. Messrs. L G. It A eland, J. S. Barrett, M. Bet.hell, A. T. Donnelly, A. S. Elworthy, G. Fulton, H. A. Knight, G. N. McLean, G. L. Rutherford, E. C. Studholme, D. W. Westenra. Sir Heaton Rhodes; committer Messrs. L. G. D. Acland, J. S. Barrett, W. L. Clifford, W. Deans, A. T. Donnelly, a. S. Elworthy, G. Fulton, H. A. Knight, R. M. D. Morten, G. N. McLean. G. L. Rutherford. Sir Charles Clifford.
