LLANORE SOLD
GOES INTO J. CHISHOLM’S STABLE An Auckland sportsman has completed the purchase of the four-year-old filly Llanore (Pershore—Llanelly) and she arrived from Hawera this morning to go into J. Chisholm’s stable at Ellerslie. Llanore was owned by Mr. A. Alexander (Silvermine’s owner) and has winning form this season to recommend her. She won the Cup and sprint at Opunake a few weeks ago. She may not be equal to the better class at metropolitan meetings, but on the provincial circuit next season should meet with success.
