THANK-OFFERING FUND
£187,000 HANDED OVER FOR RADIUM BALANCE FOR HOSPITALS Reed. 12.35 p.m. LONDON, Monday. The Thank-Offering Fund lor the King's recovery closed at £689,579, of which £187,012 has been handed over to the radium fund, enabling it to claim a Government grant of £IOO,OOO. The balance is being distributed among the various charities and hospitals.
