MR. THURTLE DISAGREES WITH COUNCIL UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE Reed. Nooil. LONDON, Monday. Mr. E. Thurtle, M.P., lias resigned from the Independent Labour Party, because the Council disapproved of liis signing a manifesto regarding the Unemployment Insurance Bill.
