PEDESTRIAN SUED
MOTORIST SECURES £3O DAMAGES “DANGER TO THE PUBLIC” LONDON, Monday. A Sheffield motorist secured £3O damages against a pedestrian who was “walking to the public danger." As an outcome, a leading London insurance firm has introduced a new poliev to cover pedestrians against third party risks. A nominal premium insures against this risk, which threatens to become common, and also against claims hv people bitten by the insured's dogs or injured by his golf balls.
