VICE-REGAL FAREWELL
- VISIT TO PALMERSTON Press Association PALMERSTON N., Today. The Governor-General, Sir Charles Fergusson, and Lady Alice Fergusson are making their farewell visit to Palmerston North. Yesterday afternoon his Excellency unveiled a memorial at the Awapuni racecourse to the fallen members of the New Zealand Medical Corps. He also unveiled a memorial at the hospital to the late chairman of the board, Sir James G. Wilson. This morning his Excellency laid the foundation stone of the Massey Agricultural College, and was the guest of the borough at a civic luncheon.
