FREIGHTER ON REEF
ENTERS SYDNEY HARBOUR BADLY HOLED
SHIP RUSHED TO DOCK Reed. 11 a.m. SYDNEY, Today. Caught by a southerly squall at Bellambi, the freighter Kooyong dragged her anchors and was swept on the Bellambi reef, where she remained for an hour. The vessel was refloated and rushed to Sydney, badly holed. She entered port with a serious list, making water rapidly, and was towed to dock.
