MEDICAL CERTIFICATE NECESSARY DECISION IN FRANCE (United P.A. —By Telegraph — Copyright) LOXDOX, Saturday. The Paris correspondent of the ‘Daily News” says that the Women’s Sports Federation of France will not allow women and girls to take part in organised sports unless they possess an approved medical certificate of physical and mental fitness, which must be renewed twice a year. This decision is a concession to the medical view that vigorous field sports are not suitable for women and girls of frail physique and indifferent health.
