STRUCK COMPANION WITH *, NO PROVOCATION /*- Hitting his companion on the nose within full sight of a police sergeant, resulted in Heige Vigo Sorensen, a Danish seaman aged 42. being charged at the Police Court this morning with assault. Sorensen pleaded guilty to assaultia? John Hermann Hanson. SubInspector McCarthy said that Hausen and accused had been chatting in ' Ictoria Street on Saturday. Hansen had asked Sorensen to come home "’ith him and had received a blow on the nose for his reward. Accused had appeared before the court only once during the last 12 months —for drunkenness. Sorensen, was lined £2, in default seven days’ imprisonment.
