BANKRUPT PROSECUTED Press Association TIMARU, Saturday. ' Frederick George Hedges, a bankrupt, pleaded guilty today to a charge : of not having kept proper books as ; required by the Act. He was conj victed and ordered to come up for j sentence if called upon within two | years, provided he pays the costs of j the prosecution and of his public examination, and complies with any con- ! ditions imposed by the Supreme Court.
