Maguire was hostess at a delightfully informal morning tea yesterday at her home when quite a large number of guests were invited to meet Mrs. Holman, J.P., of London. ! Mrs. Hull, Miss Allen and Miss Pencarrow. PROGRESSIVE 500 | COURT HINEMOA TOURNAMENT Court Hinemoa, A.0.F., held a progressive five-hundred tournament last evening, the proceeds being devoted to the Court’s management fund. Xine tables were occupied, and an enjoyable evening’s play resulted in the trophies being won by Miss Ida Tucker and Mr. F. Marlow/ The consolation prizes were awarded to Mrs. Graham and Mr. Gunn.
