Radio Prosecution For operating an unlicensed radio set, A. J. Williams was ordered to pav costs at the Magistrate’s Court this morning. Found on Licensed Premises Not appearing to answer a charge of being found on licensed premises after hours. Robert Irvine was fined £2 and costs at the Magistrate's Court this morning. Sunday Traders Fines of £ 1 and costs were imposed on Dina Hogg and Lillian Ross, who pleaded guilty at the Magistrate's Court this morning on charges of Sunday trading. Fireman Drops Dead When the L*nion Company's steanif \Vaimea was on its way to Napier from Gisborne early this morning a fireman, E. Holmes, aged 4-',, a married man with his homo in Wellington, dropped dead suddenly while on duty in the stokehold. —P. A. The Maui Pomare On the motion of Sir A Ngata. Minister of Native Affairs, the Cook Island report was this morning referred to the Industries and Commerce Committee.
