DANCE AND SOCIAL
BRIGHT GATHERING AT TE KUITI The To Kuiti and district suppliers of the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company held their annual social and dance in the Parish Hall on Wednesday evening, when there was a large gathering of farmers and friends present. Alost of the evening was spent in dancing. Air. T. Young, director of the dairy company, and Air. A. K. Alissen, chief organiser, addressed the gathering, outlining the policy of the company. During the evening a presentation was made to Air. W. Stanley, who had been in charge of the creamery for a number of years, and who had been transferred to Otorohanga. Musical items were contributed by Mrs. AlcKenzi© and Messrs. Gibb and Blackman, while Air. AY. Swift’s whistling solo was accorded an enthusiastic reception. Air. .7. Henderson acted as M.C. in a most capable and efficient manner.
