GREGORY IVANOFF
RECITAL IN LEWIS EADY HALL A programme of outstanding interest to all music-lovers will be presented at the Gregory Ivanoff violin recital in the Lewis Eady Hall this evening. Gregory Ivanoff will play a wide variety of items from classic, romantic, and modern composers. They will include “Praeludium and Allegro” (Pugnani-Kreisler), “Nocturne in D Major” (Chopin-Wilhelmy), “Gavotte” (Lully), “Chacconne” (Bach), “Chanson Meditation” (Paul Cottenet), “From the Canebrake” (Gardner), “Lullaby” (Caesar Cui), “Serenade” (Tod Boyd), and “Souvenir de Moscow” (Wieniawsky). Assisting artists will be Otto Beck, tenor, late of the Royal Danish Opera, and, at the piano, Ivan Fosello.
