WASHING UP LAST OF WAR PROBLEMS RHINELAND EVACUATION (Aiistralian and N.Z. Press Association) Reed. 11 a.m. MADRID, Tuesday. The French Foreign Minister, M. Aristide Briand, and the German Foreign Minister, Dr. Gustav Stresemann, will shortly confer with Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, the British Prime Minister, on the subject of convening an international .conference in midsummer, either at London, Paris or Baden, composed of Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium and Japan, with the object of liquidating the war problems outstanding after the Paris Reparations Conference, such as Rhineland evacuation.
