CHURCH ANNIVERSARY
MT. ALBERT PRESBYTERIAN The Mount Albert Presbyterian Church celebrated its anniversary on b’unday, when special services were held. The preacher in the morning was the Rev. A. B. Chappell, and in the evening the Rev. Dr. 11. Ranston took the service. On Monday evening a social to celebrate the church anniversary and the fifth anniversary of the induction of the minister, the Rev. YV. D. MorrisonSutherland, was held. The Rev. G. Budd, moderator-elect of the General Assembly, and the Rev. YV. McDonald, of Epsom, made reference to the progress made by the church, and Mr. p. Henry expressed the feelings of goodwill of the office-bearers ad congregation toward the minister. A musical and dramatic programme, arranged by Air. E. YY’ood. was given under the auspices of the Literary Society.
