Sir John Simon will speak for the Liberals tonight from London. Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, who will be in Newcastle tomorrow night, will have his appeal for Labour broadcast from there, and the Prime Minister (Mr. Baldwin) on the eve of the poll will be relaxed from the Manchester studio.
