CYCLIST BADLY INJURED
As the result of a fall from a bicycle in Pentland Avenue, Mount Eden, yesterday afternoon, Mr. W. Elders, aged 49, of 1 Dominion Roa.d, was taken to hospital suffering from a compound fracture of the right leg below the knee. An operation was performed last evening and this morning his condition was reported to be satisfactory.
