INTOXICATION CHARGE
VAN-DRIVER REMANDED ON BAIL James Ivan Turner, a motor-driver, aged 29, was charged at the Police : Court this morning with being in--1 toxicated in charge of a motor-van m Gillies Avenue on Saturday. On the application of Air. Allan Moody a- remand was granted until Thursday, Sub-Inspector AlcCarthy stipulating that the three witnesses who ; iiad attended the court should be paid I by the defence. - Bail was renewed in one surety fIC £SO.
