SOUTH ISLAND BENEFITS Press Association ‘ WELLINGTON, Saturday. The conditions of tendering for the mail service between the South Island, Melbourne and Hobart have been completed, stated the Prime Minister, Sir Joseph Ward today. The specifications provide for a 21 clays’ service from Dunedin to Bluff, Hobart (if required), Melbourne, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. This is to alternate with the service every 21 days from Dunedin to Lyttelton. Wellington. Melbourne, Bluff and Dunedin.
