It is believed that Patterson, while riding a bicycle in Hobson Street, was knocked down by a motor-car. His condition is not considered serious. Bus Stopping - places At the suggestion of Mr. K. J. Phelan, the Transport Board has decided to mark definite stopping-places for buses in Queen Street. The proposal was the subject of a report by the manager. Mr. A .E. Ford, who said the reason for not fixing stops was that some time ago it was the intention of the city traffic department to erect signs. Mr. Ford recommended seven suitable points for “in" buses and six fo# ‘ out’’ buses.
