Auckland sportsmen will remember Paleta. the Leighton gelding that led all the way to launch a surprise win the Great Northern Guineas IS months ago. Since then Paleta has scarcely been heard of, for it was thought that he would not race again However the four-year-olds name figthe mT , entries £or the sprint at the Marten meeting a fortnight hence.
