For Marton
The "Waikato sportsman, Mr. G. Johnston, will probably be taking Star of the East to the Marton meeting on May 4 to contest the Marton Steeplechase. This same owner will most likely also be represented at the same fixture by the sprinter Dobbin, who is owned by him. but has been trained throughout his successful career by E. Watson, at Awapuni.
